HKBN Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, 24 April 2026. The agenda includes approval of the interim results for the six-month period ended 28 February 2026 and consideration of an interim dividend distribution.
The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director Ling Hao. Other executive directors are Li Xin and Lei Liqun; Luo Weimin serves as the sole non-executive director. The independent non-executive directors are Cheung Ming Ming Anna, Chung Cordelia and Chung Kit Yi Kitty.
The company stated no further details ahead of the scheduled meeting.
