FOSUN INTL Announces Appointment of Joint Company Secretaries and Authorized Representative

FOSUN INTL (HKEX: 00656) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its company secretary and authorized representative positions.

Ms. Shi Meiming has tendered her resignation from her roles as the company secretary and as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Her resignation is scheduled to take effect from July 1, 2026.

Mr. Jiang Nan and Ms. Lin Huiyi have been appointed as joint company secretaries of the company. Furthermore, Mr. Jiang has been appointed as the authorized representative.

All these new appointments are set to become effective from July 1, 2026.
