KING INTL INV (00928) has announced that Ms. Li Qian will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from April 24, 2026. Following her appointment, Ms. Li will also assume the role of Chairperson of the company's Audit Committee, and will serve as a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
