Shareholders who hold DINGDANG HEALTH shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) are advised to provide their email addresses to those Intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices.
Investors preferring hard-copy documents must submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email ddjk.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request for printed materials.
