Bulletin Express09-24 17:42

On 24 September 2026, Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (Longcheer) repurchased 180,100 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HK$3.85 million in aggregate at prices ranging from HK$20.94 to HK$21.52 per share. The volume-weighted average price of the transaction was approximately HK$21.39 per share.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding H-shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.35% to 51.56 million, while treasury shares increased from 518.80 thousand to 698.90 thousand. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 52.26 million because the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The latest transaction forms part of a share-repurchase mandate approved on 08 May 2026, which authorises Longcheer to acquire up to 5.23 million shares. Including the 24 September purchase, 698.90 thousand shares—equivalent to 1.34% of the share count outstanding at the time the mandate was granted—have been bought back under this authority.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Longcheer is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026.
