CMS Reports No Share Capital Changes and Confirms Public Float Compliance for July 2026

China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing stable share capital metrics and full compliance with listing requirements.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.005, equivalent to USD 100.00 million.

Issued share data were equally steady. At month-end, CMS had 2.433131512 billion shares in issue (excluding 6.397 million treasury shares), leaving total issued shares at 2.439528512 billion. The company reported no issuances, cancellations, conversions, or repurchases during the month.

CMS confirmed that its public float continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement.

The filing also indicated no outstanding or newly issued share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-linked arrangements in July 2026.

All necessary confirmations on regulatory compliance were signed by Company Secretary Wu Sanyan and submitted on 3 August 2026.
