CHINA RES MIXC announces online release of FY2025 Annual Report and Sustainability Report

Bulletin Express04-29

On 29 April 2026, China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Limited (“CHINA RES MIXC”) confirmed that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Annual Report (defined as the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.crmixclifestyle.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company advised non-registered shareholders that printed copies of the Annual Report can be obtained free of charge by submitting a request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Shareholders posting the form within Hong Kong may use the enclosed mailing label without affixing a stamp. Once a shareholder opts for printed reports, the preference will remain effective for all future corporate communications until the registrar is instructed otherwise or the shareholder ceases to hold shares.

CHINA RES MIXC also released its latest Sustainability Report exclusively in electronic format via the same two websites under the “Sustainable Development” section. Shareholders who prefer a hard copy may request one from the branch share registrar at the address above.

For additional information, shareholders can contact the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours or email chinaresmixc1209-ecom@vistra.com.
