DONGFENG MOTOR GROUP CO LTD – Disclosure of Derivatives Dealings by BlackRock, Inc.

On 2 December 2025, a public disclosure form announced disclosures regarding the proposed privatisation by way of merger of DONGFENG MOTOR GROUP CO LTD. BlackRock, Inc. entered into several derivative contracts relating to shares in DONGFENG MOTOR GROUP CO LTD on the same date. These contracts covered an aggregate of 334,000 reference securities with various reference prices around the HKD9.12 to HKD9.15 range. Total amounts paid included sums such as HKD21,120.54 for an 18,000-share contract and HKD874,898.94 for a 96,000-share contract, among others, leading to a final reported balance of 5,152,000 shares.
