FOURSEMI surges in morning trading on multi-sector audio expansion and surging automotive revenue

FOURSEMI (03625) shares jumped nearly 10% during morning trading, last trading up 7.61% at HK$96.9, with a turnover of HK$4.6585 million.

According to the company's announcement, in the first half of the year, the group has been actively promoting the diversification of its audio product applications, establishing a more balanced and resilient audio business portfolio. The revenue from automotive audio products surged over 30,000% year-on-year, as the company expanded into several leading new energy vehicle manufacturers. Meanwhile, revenue from haptic feedback chip products increased by more than 330% year-on-year, achieving mass shipments in the smartwatch and smart glasses sectors, and adapting to scenarios such as humanoid robot dexterous hands and gaming consoles/handhelds, meeting the intelligent and precise operational needs of AI terminals.

Public information shows that FOURSEMI is a leading domestic intelligent sensing chip design company, operating under a Fabless asset-light model. It focuses on the research, development, design, and sales of smart audio and haptic feedback chips, with strong core differentiation and is a benchmark enterprise in the domestic substitution track. Based on 2024 shipment volumes, the company ranks among the top three globally in the power amplifier audio chip market, holds the second position in the Chinese market, and leads the domestic market in smart screen-specific audio chips, maintaining a solid industry-leading position.
