According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 1st, Morgan Stanley increased its holding in XPENG-W (HKEX: 09868) by approximately 1.0876 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of about HK$67.54 per share, resulting in a total consideration of roughly HK$734.56 million.
Following this purchase, the investment bank's latest shareholding in the company stands at approximately 110 million shares. This represents a holding percentage of about 7.03% of the issued share capital.
