Goldstream Investment Trims Outstanding Shares via HKD 0.17 Million Buyback

Goldstream Investment Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 53,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026, reducing its outstanding share count by 0.02% in line with the company’s authorised buy-back mandate.

The shares were acquired on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.00 and HKD 3.42, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.2197 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.17 million.

Share capital dynamics: • Opening balance on 21 September 2026: 256.88 million issued shares (excluding treasury) and 1.45 million treasury shares. • Post-repurchase (24 September 2026): issued shares (excluding treasury) decreased to 256.83 million, while treasury shares rose to 1.50 million. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 258.33 million, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

Authorised mandate utilisation: • Repurchase authority granted on 3 June 2026 covered up to 25.63 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 654,000 shares, representing 0.26% of the company’s issued share base as at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing regulations, Goldstream Investment is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026. The board confirmed that all procedures complied with the Main Board Listing Rules, and no repurchased shares have been cancelled to date.
