CNNC INT'L Releases 2026 Interim Report and Implements Full Electronic Dissemination for All Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express09-10

CNNC INT'L announced on 11 September 2026 that its English and Chinese versions of the 2026 Interim Report have been published on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s “HKEx News” platform and the company website. Registered shareholders facing difficulties accessing the electronic documents can request complimentary printed copies via email or written notice to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07, the board confirmed a shift to electronic-only distribution for all forthcoming corporate communications—covering annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code printed on the reply form or by returning the form to the share registrar.

Shareholders who do not provide a valid email address will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively monitor the company and HKEx News websites for updates; actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form. Those preferring hard copies for future communications can opt in via the reply form or email, though this preference remains valid for one year from the date the instruction is received.

Queries concerning the new arrangement should be directed to the share registrar at CNNC.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
