PAX Global Maintains Stable Share Capital in August 2026, Affirms Public-Float Compliance

PAX Global Technology Limited (PAX Global) filed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no changes to its share capital structure.

Total Authorised and Issued Shares • Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equal to HKD 200.00 million. • Issued share count was unchanged at 1.06 billion ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares. • Consequently, there was no increase or decrease in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Public Float Confirmation PAX Global confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 August 2026.

Share Option Position • The 2019 Share Option Scheme had 34.91 million options outstanding at both the beginning and end of the month, with no exercises, cancellations or new grants recorded. • These options could convert into an equivalent 34.91 million ordinary shares; a further 15.00 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme. • No proceeds were raised from option exercises in August.

Other Equity Instruments The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no share repurchases or treasury-share transactions during the month.

Overall, PAX Global’s capital base and share structure were unchanged in August 2026, and regulatory float requirements were fully satisfied.
