Galaxy Entertainment (00027) announced that it has issued (i) a total of 210,000 share options for subscribing to shares under the Share Option Scheme; and (ii) a total of 8.3552 million share awards under the Incentive Plan, which will only become effective upon acceptance by the respective grantees.
