Goldwind (02208) Surges Over 4% at Open as Blue Arrow Aerospace's STAR Market IPO Application Accepted

Goldwind (02208) opened higher by more than 4%. As of writing, the stock was up 4.4%, trading at HK$14 with a turnover of HK$1.3412 million. On December 31st, information on the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange revealed that the IPO application of Blue Arrow Aerospace Space Technology Co., Ltd. for the STAR Market has been accepted, officially making a bid to become the "first commercial rocket stock" on the board. According to the draft prospectus, Blue Arrow Aerospace is still in a loss-making state and plans to list using the fifth set of listing standards for the STAR Market. This signifies the formal extension of the STAR Market's fifth set of listing standards to the commercial aerospace sector. According to Goldwind's 2023 annual report, the company holds an 8.3% equity stake in Blue Arrow Aerospace Space Technology Co., Ltd. Public information shows that Blue Arrow Aerospace was founded in 2015 and is one of China's first private commercial rocket enterprises. In 2023, its ZQ-2 Y2 rocket successfully achieved orbit, becoming the world's first liquid methane-powered rocket to do so. From October 18th to 20th, 2025, the ZQ-3 Y1 rocket completed the first stage of its maiden flight mission, including fueling rehearsals and a static fire test, in the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Test Zone.
