On April 26, internet users in Beijing reported encountering Byd Company Limited Chairman Wang Chuanfu and BYD's Public Relations General Manager Li Yunfei riding the Beijing subway to attend the Beijing International Auto Show.
One commenter noted online, "They show no airs at all; such a low-key way to travel." Another user remarked, "Was that today? I also saw them the day before."
Previously, a user posted a video claiming to have come across Chairman Wang Chuanfu and his wife taking the subway to the auto show. The video footage showed the couple looking down at their respective phones while aboard the train.
