TE Healthcare has announced changes to its board of directors.
Mr. Li Jiong will be stepping down from his role as a non-executive director of the company, effective from June 30, 2026, in order to fully dedicate his efforts to other business commitments.
Ms. Wang Yinqing will be appointed as an executive director of the company, with her term commencing on July 1, 2026.
