On October 6, the three major airports under Hainan Airport Infrastructure Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of Hainan Holdings - Haikou Meilan, Sanya Phoenix, and Qionghai Boao - are expected to handle 966 flight movements and transport approximately 160,000 passengers, representing year-over-year increases of 4.7% and 11.5% respectively.
Specifically, Haikou Meilan Airport plans to execute 559 flight movements (527 domestic flights and 32 international flights), with 280 arrivals and 279 departures, expecting to transport 92,438 passengers. Sanya Phoenix Airport plans to execute 397 flight movements (381 domestic flights and 16 international flights), with 199 arrivals and 198 departures, expecting to transport 65,554 passengers.
