Credit Yangtze 3.0 Goes Live: What Changes Does It Bring for Yangtze Shipping Professionals?

Deep News11-02 12:51

The "Credit Yangtze 3.0" system was officially launched on November 1. As an integrated digital service platform for the Yangtze shipping credit system, the system has completed a comprehensive iterative upgrade based on version 2.0. Leveraging the "Smart Yangtze — Yangtze e+" foundation, it adheres to the construction goals of unified standards, mutual recognition and sharing, and practical usability, weaving a dense "credit management network" for Yangtze shipping and achieving "one profile per enterprise, one code per vessel, one file per person."

This upgrade focuses on three major directions: broader data sources, with newly added integration of credit data from the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport, making evaluations more authoritative and precise; more convenient usage, with streamlined multi-level menus and one-click access to high-frequency services; and richer scenarios, with the launch of the "Credit Benefits" module that implements eight major credit-related convenience application scenarios. The new system is simultaneously available on both PC and mobile platforms, serving shipping enterprises, vessels, crew members, industry management departments, and other entities, providing full-chain services including credit inquiry, business processing, credit incentives, and financing matchmaking, helping to build a new credit-based industry regulatory and service mechanism for Yangtze shipping.

It is understood that since the comprehensive launch of the Yangtze shipping credit system, the Yangtze River Navigation Administration of the Ministry of Transport has built a "1+N+5" institutional framework, innovated a "four-color coding + five-dimensional profiling" evaluation model, and established a credit linkage mechanism across 14 provinces and cities along the river. Currently, the platform has collected 483,000 credit entities, accumulated more than 8.4 million pieces of credit data, registered nearly 400,000 users, and recorded 700,000 visits.
