[Click to register] Gelonghui, October 16 — The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and two other ministries issued a notice on the distribution of the Management Measures for the Hydrogen Energy Comprehensive Application Pilot Work. Among the provisions, it is proposed that the central finance authorities adopt the method of "advance disbursement, later settlement" for allocating reward funds. After city clusters receive approval, the central finance authorities will pre-disburse a certain proportion of reward funds to each city cluster to support the launch of the hydrogen energy comprehensive application pilot work. Article 25 states that after the end of each year, the three ministries will confirm the reward fund amount for each city cluster based on the assessment evaluation and reward points verification results. For city clusters that fail the assessment evaluation, the disbursement of reward funds for the current year will be suspended; for city clusters that pass the assessment evaluation but have not fully completed the annual pilot tasks, the reward funds will be reduced by a certain proportion as appropriate.
