TSO Releases Circular on Share Issuance Mandates, Board Changes and AGM Notice

Telecom Service One Holdings Limited (TSO) issued a shareholder notification on 4 August 2026 confirming that its latest corporate documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.tso.cc) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular details four key items to be tabled at the forthcoming annual general meeting: 1) proposals for general mandates to issue new shares; 2) proposals for general mandates to repurchase shares; 3) re-election of directors; and 4) re-appointment of the external auditor.

The annual general meeting has been scheduled for 27 August 2026, and a form of proxy for voting instructions can be downloaded from the same websites.

Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address—or whose email address on record is invalid—may opt to receive electronic notifications by completing and returning the reply form to Union Registrars Limited via email, post, or hand delivery. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available free of charge upon written request, and shareholders experiencing difficulties accessing the online documents can contact Union Registrars Limited at +852 2849 3399 during business hours.
