All discussions are expected to conclude by the end of work on the 27th, with payments scheduled for the 28th. Some employees mentioned receiving three months' salary for a performance rating of 3.5, which they found unexpectedly high. One employee, who has not been with the company for many years, noted that last year with a rating of 3.75, they received five and a half months' salary. Other employees reported receiving 2.5 months' salary, while some received slightly more than three months.
