Cinda Securities Co., Ltd. (601059.SH) has announced that, upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its A-shares will be suspended from trading continuously from the opening of the market on September 15, 2026—the first day of the cash election period for dissenting shareholders—and will subsequently enter the phases of exercising cash election rights and clearing and settlement, with no further trading permitted.

Following the conclusion of the cash election declaration period, the company will apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the delisting of its shares on the next trading day after the deadline, with A-shares remaining suspended until the termination of listing is completed.

After the cash election is implemented and the company is delisted, shareholders' A-shares will be converted into A-shares issued by China International Capital Corporation Limited for this share swap merger, based on the exchange ratio outlined in the 《Report on the Share Swap Merger of East Money Securities Co., Ltd. and Cinda Securities Co., Ltd. by China International Capital Corporation Limited》 published by the company on September 8, 2026, and these shares will be listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
