Col Global Co., Ltd. (300364.SZ) has released its 2026 plan for issuing A-shares to specific targets.

The total amount of funds raised in this issuance will not exceed RMB 2.833 billion (inclusive of that amount).

After deducting relevant issuance expenses, the net proceeds raised will be fully allocated to the following projects: the digital copyright content resource upgrade and construction project, the IP derivative content development project, the AI large model technology research and upgrade project, the AIGC multimodal content platform technology upgrade and construction project, the intelligent middle platform technology upgrade and construction project, and the supplementing of working capital.
