Vincent Weisser, co-founder and CEO of Prime Intellect, introduced that the San Francisco-based company will acquire Moondream.
The acquisition is intended to accelerate Prime Intellect's inference business, according to the CEO.
Prime Intellect is known as a neocloud provider, and the deal marks a further step in its push to expand its inference capabilities.
