Seven Government Agencies Provide Employment Guidance to 16 Leading Platform and Courier Companies

Seven government departments, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Central Committee for Social Work, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Transport, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Post Bureau, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, have recently conducted administrative guidance on employment practices for 16 companies. This initiative aims to protect the rights of workers in new forms of employment. The companies involved include MEITUAN-W, Taobao Quick Purchase, JD Instant Delivery, BingEx, SF INTRA-CITY, Freshippo, DiDi Global Inc., T3 Go, CaoCao出行, Huolala, Full Truck Alliance, YTO Express, Sto Express Co.,Ltd., ZTO Express Inc., Yunda Express, and J&T Express.

The meeting required the relevant enterprises to fully implement their primary responsibilities in employment, continuously improve labor management, and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.
