OUC Holdings (08067) announced that effective August 22, 2025: Mr. Zhou Huasheng will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee; Ms. Geng Yu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee. Following these changes, the nomination committee will comprise Mr. Zheng Wenbiao as chairman of the nomination committee, and Mr. Liu Guilin and Ms. Geng Yu as members.
