Perfect Medical proposes re-appointing PwC as auditor, sets FY 2026/27 audit fee at HK$2.00 million

Perfect Medical Health Management Limited (Perfect Medical) released a supplemental announcement to its 16 July 2026 AGM circular, detailing the proposed re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

The Board, following the Audit Committee’s recommendation, will seek shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting to retain PwC until the conclusion of the next AGM. The estimated audit fee for the consolidated financial statements is HK$2.00 million, negotiated on an arm’s-length basis and in line with the prior year, reflecting stable business scope, operational scale and audit requirements.

Management highlighted PwC’s familiarity with the Group’s financial affairs, which is expected to enhance audit efficiency and serve shareholders’ best interests. All other information in the original AGM circular remains unchanged.
