Kuaishou Launches Spring Campus Recruitment Drive with Over 200 Roles, Doubling AI Positions

On March 12, Kuaishou announced the start of its 2026 spring campus recruitment initiative. The program is open to two categories of campus talent: supplementary hiring for the class of 2026 and internship recruitment for the class of 2027. In addition, the company launched the Kuaishou Star-X internship project aimed at top-tier campus talent, reinforcing efforts to attract high-potential young professionals, especially in technology innovation.

The spring recruitment drive offers more than 200 types of positions spanning multiple fields such as algorithms, engineering, product development, operations, gaming, design, marketing, sales, strategic analysis, project management, and administrative functions. Technical roles form the core of this recruitment round, with the number of positions related to large language models doubling compared to previous cycles.

Kuaishou continues to expand hiring in key research and innovation areas, including large language models, generative AI, multimodal understanding and creation, and recommendation systems.
