Chifeng Gold Shareholder Transfers HK$360 Million Stake from Futu to Morgan Stanley

On April 1, a shareholder of CHIFENG GOLD (06693) transferred shares from Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$360 million, representing 3.68% of the company's total shares.

Separately, CHIFENG GOLD recently announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported operating revenue of RMB 12.639 billion, a year-on-year increase of 40.03%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 3.082 billion, up 74.7% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 1.69. The company proposed a final dividend of RMB 0.32 per share in cash.
