On January 28, Agricultural Bank of China Chairman Gu Shu met with Goldman Sachs Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Solomon in Beijing.

Gu Shu stated that China is resolutely advancing high-level opening up, which provides vast market opportunities for international investors developing in China. He expressed anticipation for both sides to further strengthen communication and exchanges in the future, working together to promote stable, healthy, and sustainable development of bilateral economic and trade relations. David Solomon indicated that Goldman Sachs Group is optimistic about the prospects of China's economic development and is willing to continue deepening exchanges and cooperation with Agricultural Bank of China.

During the talks, the two parties exchanged views on the international economic and financial situation. The Board Secretary and the head of the International Finance Department of Agricultural Bank of China participated in the meeting.
