Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that from October 13, 2025, to December 5, 2025, its subsidiary Goldwind Investment sold a total of 12.28 million shares of JLMAG through block trades and centralized bidding, with a total transaction value of approximately RMB 459 million. As of December 5, 2025, Goldwind Investment holds 25.15 million shares of JLMAG, accounting for 1.83% of the company's total share capital. Goldwind Investment stated it will continue to reduce its stake in JLMAG based on market conditions and disclose further updates in accordance with regulatory requirements.
