ICBC's Jinzhong Branch Fined 300,000 Yuan for Unlawful Issuance of Personal Business Loans

On May 9, the Jinzhong Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration disclosed administrative penalty information. The Jinzhong Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited was fined 300,000 yuan for unlawfully issuing personal business loans.

Due to their responsibility for the aforementioned violations, Zhang Zhinan (then President of the Heshun Sub-branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited) received a warning and was fined 60,000 yuan. Liu Zhu (then President of the Taigu Sub-branch), Zhang Jinjun (then President of the Jinzhong Jingwei Sub-branch), and Jiang Yan (then Manager of the Personal Loan Department at the Jinzhong Branch) were each issued a warning.
