Yida China Holds Issued Shares Steady at 2.58 Billion and Confirms Public Float Compliance for July 2026

Yida China Holdings Limited reported no changes in its capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 03 August 2026.

Authorised share capital remained at 50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 500.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.58 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Yida China confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent for the reporting period.

The filing shows no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked arrangements, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were outstanding.

The company’s capital position therefore remained stable throughout July 2026, with full adherence to Hong Kong listing requirements.
