On 30 April 2026, K. Wah International Holdings Limited notified non-registered shareholders that four key documents are now available:

• 2025 Annual Report (English and Chinese) • Circular dated 30 April 2026 together with the Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form (English and Chinese) • 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report (electronic version only)
