Nextpower shares jumped more than 10% in overnight trading after the company reported better-than-expected adjusted earnings and revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter.

Q4 adjusted earnings fell to $1.05 per diluted share, from $1.29 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.92.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 fell to $880.5 million from $924.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $826.3 million.

Red Cat Holdings Inc. fell 7% in overnight trading after the company said Tuesday it plans to offer $200 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

The company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $30 million of common stock at the public offering price.

Oklo Inc. stock fell 1% in overnight trading after the company’s losses deepened in the quarter ending March, while in a separate statement mentioned entering into a partnership agreement with Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA), the management and operating contractor for Idaho National Laboratory (INL).

Space stocks jumped in overnight trading.

DXYZ up 9%; VCX up 3%; Rocket Lab, Intuitive Machines, KULR up 2%; Redwire up 1%.
