Silkwave Inc (ASX: 00471) has announced that Mr. Tam Sik Wai has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and Authorized Representative for the service of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules.
His resignation is effective from June 1, 2026.
