UBOX ONLINE repurchases 359,500 H shares, spending HK$0.83 million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE) disclosed a share repurchase of 359,500 H shares on 17 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HK$2.26 to HK$2.42 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$2.3199, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$0.83 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.04% to 938.79 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 7.72 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 946.51 million.

The buy-back forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 94.65 million shares. Including the latest purchase, UBOX ONLINE has repurchased 7.72 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.82% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
