On March 27, Fidelity International purchased an additional 5.625 million shares of Mengniu Dairy (02319) at approximately HK$17.18 per share, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total transaction value amounted to around HK$96.62 million. Following this acquisition, Fidelity's total holding in the company reached about 199 million shares, representing a 5.14% stake. The transaction also involved other related parties, including Pandanus Associates Inc. and Pandanus Partners L.P.
