In an announcement, Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. (HKG: 00921) disclosed that between July 7, 2025, and July 3, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries, including Air Conditioning Company, Gorenje Company, and Refrigerator Marketing Company, have entered into agreements to subscribe for wealth management products issued by Shanxi Trust.
The total subscription amount for these Shanxi Trust wealth management products is 1.85 billion yuan.
The group will utilize its own idle funds to pay the subscription amounts under these agreements.
