Computime Group Limited (COMPUTIME) has released its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, detailing progress against its 2030 sustainability roadmap and unveiling new climate-related disclosures. Approved by the board on 25 June 2026, the report is prepared in accordance with GRI 2021 and HKEX ESG Code requirements and has received limited assurance from SGS Hong Kong.
Double-digit environmental gains • Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions fell 39 % from the 2020 baseline, keeping the company on course for its 40 % reduction target by 2030 and 90 % by 2050. • Electricity consumption declined 7 % versus 2020, while water-use intensity was cut 53 %, already surpassing COMPUTIME’s 50 % reduction target set for 2030. • A rooftop photovoltaic system commissioned at the Malaysia plant in November 2025 generated 409,015 kWh by February 2026, covering roughly 30 % of the site’s power demand and avoiding 234.77 tCO₂e. • VOC emissions totalled 2.46 tonnes; SOx, NOx and particulate emissions were reported at 0.82 kg, 134.13 kg and 11.11 kg respectively.
Expanded climate disclosure • Scope 3 reporting now covers purchased goods and services, capital goods, and upstream logistics in addition to business travel, bringing reported Scope 3 emissions to 666,532 tCO₂e. • First climate-scenario analysis, using IPCC SSP5-8.5 and NGFS Net Zero 2050 pathways, indicates low overall exposure after mitigation measures including flood- and typhoon-preparedness plans and energy-efficiency upgrades.
Social performance highlights • Zero work-related fatalities for the tenth consecutive year; 10 recordable injuries led to 163 lost days. • All employees received training for the fourth straight year, averaging 67.65 hours per person. • Regular staff turnover stood at 52 %, while the new-hire rate reached 94 % amid expansion in Europe and the US.
Governance and diversity • Female representation on the nine-member board rose to 29 % during FY2026, compared with an industrial average of 20.7 %. Two additional female directors appointed on 1 April 2026 lifted the ratio to 44.4 % for FY2027. • 100 % of buyers across all locations completed sustainable-procurement training; supplier ESG questionnaires now capture three-year carbon data.
Recognitions • Received “B” scores from CDP for Climate Change and “B-” for Water Security on debut disclosure. • Achieved Performer Level in the Strategic Sustainable Business Standards assessment and a Certification of Merit under the 2024 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence.
Looking ahead, COMPUTIME reiterated its phased decarbonisation targets: a 60 % reduction in Scope 1-2 emissions by 2040 and 90 % by 2050, backed by further renewable-energy rollouts, supply-chain engagement and strengthened governance frameworks.
