China High Speed Transmission: 99% Support Secures 2025 Accounts and Auditor Mandate

China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. held its adjourned annual general meeting (AGM) on 22 July 2026, where shareholders backed all proposed resolutions with overwhelming majorities.

1. Key Resolutions Passed • Adoption of 2025 audited consolidated financial statements: 1.16 billion votes in favour (99.17%) versus 9.72 million votes against (0.83%). • Re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as auditor and authorisation for the Board to set its remuneration: 1.17 billion votes in favour (99.24%) against 8.97 million votes (0.76%).

2. Shareholder Participation A total of 1.17 billion shares were voted, representing approximately 71.83% of the company’s 1.64 billion issued shares. No shares were subject to mandatory abstention, and no shareholders signalled opposition ahead of the meeting.

3. Governance Notes Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer for the poll count. All six directors—Li Zubin, Yuan Xiaohong, Wang Bo, Lau Jing Yeung William, Lu Yuanzhu and Tse Man Kit, Keith—were in attendance, underscoring full Board engagement with the AGM process.
