GME Group Buys Back 132,000 Shares at HKD1.22, Cumulative Repurchases Reach 0.064% of Share Capital

GME Group Holdings Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (21 July 2026) that it repurchased 132,000 ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at HKD 1.22 per share, bringing the cash outlay for the transaction to HKD 0.16 million.

The shares represent 0.0277% of the company’s 476.92 million outstanding shares and are earmarked for cancellation. Consequently, the issued-share balance remains unchanged pending formal cancellation.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate granted on 22 May 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 47.71 million shares. Including the latest transaction, GME Group has acquired 304,000 shares under this mandate, utilising 0.64% of the authorised limit and equating to 0.064% of the company’s share capital at the mandate date.

In accordance with GEM Listing Rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the repurchase, with the moratorium ending on 20 August 2026.
