China Silver Technology Holdings Limited reported that revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to fall by approximately 40–50 percent year-on-year as working-capital constraints restrict raw-material purchases and limit acceptance of customer orders without advance payments.
Operations remain active but below capacity. The company is pursuing both debt and equity financing to replenish working capital and has entered discussions with potential investors, financiers and major creditor AMC; however, no binding agreements have been reached.
Liquidity pressure has already led to overdue payments to staff and service providers, employee departures and multiple creditor disputes. Management relocated the head office in 2025 and anticipates additional savings from lower labour costs.
Audit work on the FY24-25 financial statements has begun but continues to be delayed by funding shortfalls. Consequently, the firm cannot finalise or release: • FY25-26 interim results and report, originally due by February and March 2026; • FY25-26 annual results and report, originally due by September and October 2026.
Publication dates will be announced once the audit nears completion. The board maintains that releasing unaudited management accounts could mislead investors.
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s resumption guidance requires China Silver Technology to publish all outstanding financial statements, address any audit modifications and demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24 before trading can resume. The company’s shares have been suspended since 2 October 2025 and will remain so until the guidance is met.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
