Global consulting firm AlixPartners has announced a series of leadership changes across its Asia-Pacific operations, aimed at further expanding the group's business footprint and service capabilities in the region.
As China remains one of AlixPartners' key markets in the Asia-Pacific region, these leadership adjustments are expected to enhance regional collaboration and operational efficiency. Partner and Managing Director Shiv Shivaraman, who previously spearheaded the firm's Asian business, will step into the newly created role of Vice Chairman for the Asia-Pacific region.
Meanwhile, Partners and Managing Directors Reshmi Khurana and Takuro Ueji will assume the position of co-heads of the Asian business. Khurana will continue to lead the Singapore practice, while Ueji will maintain his role as co-head of Japan operations, working alongside Tomoyuki Suzuki to manage the Japanese market.
In his new capacity as Vice Chairman of the Asia-Pacific, Shivaraman will concentrate on driving strategic development across the region, strengthening industry expertise, and supporting strategic investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
As co-heads of the Asian business, Khurana and Ueji will work alongside the regional leadership team to advance business growth and operational management, helping clients navigate corporate transformation, market shifts, and an increasingly complex business environment.
