• Circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the 2026 Second H-Shareholders Class Meeting • Notice of the AGM • Notice of the 2026 Second H-Shareholders Class Meeting • Forms of Proxy
The materials can be accessed via the company’s website (www.fosunpharma.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).
Key operational arrangements:
1. Distribution format • Fosun Pharma encourages shareholders to use the web-based versions of all current and future corporate communications. • Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed copies will find the current documents enclosed.
2. Change of communication preference • Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access, or those wishing to switch to printed copies, should complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the H-share registrar, by post (prepaid label provided) or email (is-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be sent free of charge upon request.
3. Provision of email addresses • Registered shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address. Without a functioning address, the company will continue to send printed notices and actionable corporate communications until updated details are provided.
