According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Capital Group purchased an additional 2,683,875 shares of Techtronic Industries (00669) on January 8, at a price of HK$94.9678 per share. The total consideration for the transaction was approximately HK$255 million.
Following this acquisition, the group's latest shareholding amounts to approximately 92.052 million shares, representing a stake of 5.03%.
