Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 28 October 2026 in Shanghai. The meeting’s primary agenda is to review and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. Additional corporate matters may also be discussed.

The notice, signed by Company Secretary Mr. Chong Hing Cheong on 14 October 2026, confirms the current composition of the Board, comprising two executive directors, four non-executive directors, four independent non-executive directors and one employee director.
