CITIC SEC (06030) announced that Mr. Wang Shuhui, a Non-Executive Director of the company, has submitted his resignation from the positions of Non-Executive Director, member of the Development Strategy and ESG Committee, and member of the Risk Management Committee to the Board of Directors due to work changes.
Following his resignation, Mr. Wang Shuhui will no longer hold any other positions within the company or its controlling subsidiaries.
The resignation of Mr. Wang Shuhui will take effect from January 12, 2026.
