After Chen Zhen responded to his account suspension via an alternate Weibo account, that account was also banned. The page displayed a notice stating the user was muted for violating relevant laws and regulations. Previously, Chen Zhen's accounts on multiple platforms, including Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili, were suspended.

Using his alternate Weibo account, Chen Zhen posted a video response, saying, "Nothing much to say... I’ll reflect on myself..." He acknowledged the incident as a moment for introspection, noting that with significant influence, he should promote optimistic and positive content rather than provocative remarks, vowing to be more cautious in the future. Later, he deleted the video and replaced it with a text post: "Time for serious reflection..."
